Good Afternoon, I have an Internal Qualys customer, who is also a Qualys Unit Manager who when attempting to reset his password. but each reset link that is generated returns an error from Qualys indicating that the “activation key is not valid”. I am a Qualys Manager what can I do to assist this Internal customer, I have already change the account password to reset the user's account, this only recreated what the customer is seeing.
