Good morning!, I am in need of help on how to open up a Qualys Support case, It is not so straight forward. Can someone help me figure this out?

The portal also allows you to create a support case if you do not get the information that you were looking for.
To create a case:
Send an email to email@example.com or give them a call.
Hello Patrick, while we still offer the ability to create cases by email, it is not recommended. When creating a case as Jaydeep describes below, we automatically associate it with your account, which leads to faster responses and resolution.
For critical issues, it is still recommended to call support.
