Can't find assets in subscription

It looks like we have an issue with our suscription or our configuration. According to 'Account info' menu we have 1012 IPs and 949 unique hosts in our subscription.


But when we perform an Asset Search we can see only 779 assets.


We also see 200 assets less in Asset Search menu that in Host Asset menu. Here's a small IP range to illustrate the difference.



The main problem is that the same issue exists for API - when we perform a request to we can see all our IPs. But when we use Qualys Technical Add-on for Splunk, which performs a request to in order to import vulnerability data, it "sees" only 779 assets.


Do you have any idea what's wrong with our configuration?
