vuln scan is launched from secops - wrong status

We have Qualys integrated with servicenow SECOPS.  Vulnerability scans can be launched from SECOPS.


When a vuln scan is launched from secops, it runs correctly in qualys and the scan finishes successfully in qualys.


Secops records the status of the scan as error and no host alive to scan.


Everything works properly, except the status message is wrong in Service now SECOPS.


We have been searching to understand how this status message is delivered from Qualys to SECOPS.


Any help / advice / pointers would be greatly appreciated
