Can someone share the SSL Lab API details for new poodle issues? or update the API documentation ?
If your asking about Goldenpoodle etc, when I do the call via the API I get them back as below just take the vulnerable_ off of the entry. If you look for that in the JSON payload you get back you should get the true/false value. If you need more let me know and I will generate a much more detailed example.
'Vulnerable_goldenDoodle' = '' 'Vulnerable_ticketbleed' = '' 'Vulnerable_vulnBeast' = '' 'Vulnerable_zeroLengthPaddingOracle' = '' 'Vulnerable_zombiePoodle' = '' 'Vulnerable_sleepingPoodle' = '' 'Vulnerable_openSSLLuckyMinus20' = '' 'Vulnerable_openSslCcs' = '' 'Vulnerable_poodle' = '' 'Vulnerable_poodleTls' = '' 'Vulnerable_logjam' = '' 'Vulnerable_heartbeat' = '' 'Vulnerable_heartbleed' = '' 'Vulnerable_freak' = '' 'Vulnerable_drownVulnerable' = '' 'Vulnerable_bleichenbacher' = ''
For golden doodle i get values 1 and 4 , for zombie poodle i get value 1 and 3 not able to figure out what these values means.
at the moment I am only checking that if NOT 0 then vulnerable. I did not see the other values at the time so I would need to perform new tests and see if I see anything in the raw data.
Still need to dig into the numbers but the number could indicate the variant used to detect the issue. I think really SSL Labs just needs to update the documentation for this as those rules should be in Certificate View as well.
Hi John and David,
Thanks for bringing this up to SSL Labs team.API document is now updated for version 1.34.2
Added the following values to EndpointDetails:
That does help and I will need to modify some code on my end to look for the right things.
Thanks very much for the update.
