Assigment of ticket between BU

Is there a way to assign a remediation ticket (as a user with a 'Reader' role) to another user from different Business Unit? Right now, the other user is not available on a assignment list.


Both users have access to the same Asset Groups and both BU have this Asset Groups assigned to them.


This kind of assignment is available to user with 'Manager' role (he can reassign ticket to other BU).
