I got the user credentials with API access but when I am trying to download the knowledge base I am getting below error message from Postman.
You are not allowed to download the KnowledgeBase, please contact your sales representative for more information.
I am trying to download it with below URL
User is already having access to the API, is there anything else that needs to be changed at Qualys to allow the knowledge base download?
Appreciate if someone from Qualys support can respond on this thread.
