AWS Elasticbeanstalk scanning  (.ebextensions)?

Question asked by D B on Jan 23, 2019

Hi All,

I have an application environment configured in AWS via Elasticbeanstalk.  This is essentially a 'serverless' approach and gives no access to the Amazon Linux environment that the application runs on.  What are the options for getting this scanned?  We have a scanner available to connect to AWS and scan the EC2 instances but I was also wondering if anyone has had any success deploying an agent to elasticbeanstalk via an .ebextension ?

If anyone has any guidance on the best practice here it would be greatly appreciated.
