Can I use a groovy script dynamic tag to check for a running process?

I would like to create a dynamic tag to check for a running process. For example, I would like to know if "exampleproc1"  or "exampleproc2" are running on an asset and if so, tag it. It should work regardless of the operating system.

From my limited research it seems like a groovy script is the only potential way to do this. Is this correct? Can anyone provide the proper syntax?
