Hello,
I have been trying to run qualys broswer check on computers that I have previously run it on and it does not seem to be functioning normally. Firstly it completed its scan in 1 to 2 seconds and secondly it finds nothing. When I used to run it it used to take a minute or 2 and used to show all of the plug ins and whether they were up to date or not. It just doesnt seem right.
Can any advise on the problem?
For the records I am using Firefox 59.0 (64bit) on the computer I am currently on.

So I thought I would completely uninstall Firefox and all of the %APPDATA% files to start a fresh. Unfortunately its exactly the same.
Really disappointed as Qualys has always been my go to for checking the browser updates.
Anyone have any suggestions?
