Activate Assets Issue

I am fairly new to Qualys, been using it for about a month now and I am already hooked to it. Great tool, I like it so far..

I have 2 environments, STAGE & PROD. The Agents appear to have installed successfully without issues on all EC2 servers, however only a handful of servers are being reported on Qualys UI - most of them are from STAGE environment. Please note, I do see all Assets/Nodes from both STAGE & PROD on UI Assets, but I can only activate Assets on Stage nodes. I tried to activate Asset on Prod nodes, they did finish successfully, but a day later, I see no activity. The Prod nodes are being blocked somehow & not getting scanned for some reason.. This has been done couple days ago, yet I see no activity..

Also, some EC2 instances are running Windows 2016, I'd like to know where the Agent log is located please..
