Remediation Tickets Grey'd Out

I have noticed since we went to Agent version 1.4.x and to QW 8.7 my remediation tickets are looking funny. See screenshot below. Basically the greyed out look is new to me and when I hover over it, it shows a tooltip  saying Disabled.  I have confirmed that none of these QID have been marked as disabled. I also notice these tickets have an * in front of the IP .


I have completed some purging recently. Is this related?
