Scan or Map status still Queued?

A scan or map is started and a day later it is still in Queued status, even though I can download the completed report?

Previous discussions have given the solution of calling support and having them 'refresh' the appliance. What if this is happening on multiple devices.

Since the occurrence of this is too frequent I cannot see having to call support for every instance.
