When generating a scan on Compliance module the result is that the connection to the Windows server was successful.
But to generate the report it is blank.
How to test this connection? Or identify the problem.
Can you confirm if that host IP is added to the PC license subscription.
I identified that problem occurred because the server was in the wrong platform. The server is Windows 2012 R2, and I was generating the report in the windows 2012 platform.
However, the report doesn't any error.
