Where is the globally ignored/disabled QID/vuln status retrieved from?

I tried v1 and v2 of the API calls but I couldn't seem to understand where in the XML response am I supposed to get the flag that says a vulnerability has been disabled globally. For individual hosts, this seems to be easier done by just checking the existence of <tickets> tags (when retrieving ticket reports with "IGNORED" status), however for globally ignored vulns, this seems to be an impossible task.



I've managed to integrate Qualys with our ticketing system CA Service Desk through some perl script and this is the only part where i'm still stuck in.

I would appreciate any suggestion you may have.
