Hi - can anyone tell me if there is a way to access remediation tickets via the v2 API without using reports?
The remediation API is only available through v1 and there is no plan to have a v2 call for the ticket, neither removing the these calls from v1. So you can go ahaed and use the ticket_list.php API.
Let me know if you need help, I have some examples of curl scripts and XSLTs files that allow you to flatten the XML if you'd like to import the tickets in a DB.

Yep I want to load the tickets into a DB, it will be part of an SSIS package so I'll be using .Net but any Curl examples or XSLTs would be really helpful.

First open the file ticketlist-ticket2csv.xsl and follow the instruction provided in the comments.
Do the same with the other file ticketlist-history2csv.xsl
Use the "TICKET_NUMBER" as a foreign key.
