I was just wondering why QID 38603 for POODLE does not provide information in the results section?
Historically the "results" section has only been used in QIDs for which the target returns relevant printable data. For some QIDs, including many of those used by binary protocols like TLS, no relevant printable data is available, so the "results" section was usually left empty. This has, on occasion, caused confusion among customers, so for newer QIDs without printable data we usually add a boilerplate statement like "vulnerability detected" in the "results" section. However most older QIDs have not been modified in this way, because it would cause unnecessary result flap.
