Voyager Appliance Upgrades

Hi all, anyone else having appliance outages since the Nov/Dec Voyager upgrades please?

 

We had to RMA one device and now a second has been going offline since xmas week, numerous times.

 

We just got an email from catapultupgrade to say that another update needs applying to our offline device. I've had very little contact from Qualys support, i had to log tickets for the two AWOL appliances myself.
