This would allow us to scan a single URL to access both mobile and non-mobile content.
That would require two separate scans, but you can use the same web app profile. Just use a different option profile for each scan. After you've completed both scans, you can see the combined results by generating a web application report or by choosing Find--Detections on the web app.

I was only aware of the Header Injection against the site.
