Hello Qualys Community,
We are using the Remediation Rules to assign work and part of our rules depends on the Software Section of the QID. Recently this section is not populated for the following QIDs:
Microsoft Windows Security Update for October 2019
Microsoft Internet Explorer Security Update for October 2019
Microsoft Edge Security Update for October 2019
When this section is not populated, all of the QID's fall onto all the remediation teams instead of the Platform team. I was curious to know if this effects any other customers. This is a real pain.
