AssetGroups not updating

Hi guys,

          Anyone facing the following error while updating a AssetGroup?

 

An error has occurred and the Qualys Service cannot process your request. If this condition continues, please contact Qualys Support<mailto:support@qualys.com>.
Reference incident: 

 

I guess it could be related to the new Customer Support Portal because it stopped working after the new portal was released.
