Do I need to include the Knowledge Base in my subscription if I want to use Cloud Agents (VM)?
The KnowledgeBase provides information about detections (Qualys IDs or QIDs) identified by Qualys. It includes detections found via Cloud Agents (VM) and scanning, and is included in your Qualys subscription.
Thank you Robert for your answer. If I understand correctly Knowledge Base module provides additional information but it is not a prerequisite to scan via Cloud Agents.
That’s correct. Although you will use the KnowledgeBase to understand the detections discovered by Cloud Agent.
