Has anyone got any data in this new module, our dashboard and assets are blank.
We are already using cloud agents, is there some kind of special configuration that is required?
Asset Inventory module...is this different than AssetView? I don't see anything new
Hi John, it's Global IT Asset Inventory | Qualys, Inc., the new free app announced at Black Hat last month.
We have data populating in our module. I am not sure how long you have had Asset Inventory enabled, but it took approximately 24 hours for it to be populated with the data from our Cloud Agents

We have had it since last week at least, (EU) I thought I would wait over the weekend just to be sure but still no data.
Maybe just an issue with our POD.
I traced your account in the backend and I see that you have 2 subscriptions. One previously existing Customer subscription and one Free subscription that was recently created.
Did you fill out a form online to request the App as new customer? Looks like Asset Inventory was provisioned to a new subscription, which means you would have to deploy new Agents, etc.
Probably that is not what you expected. Instead you probably would like Asset Inventory App to be provisioned to your previously existing subscription. I've requested Support to get your existing account enabled.
Please check once more and let our Support know is you continue to experience the same issue.
