Qualys Agent - Software List / Vulnerabilities not updating

Hi guys,

       I'm noticing Qualys Agents not updating the vulnerabilities results and software list.

 

Last week I found more than 500 devices in my subscription which the last vulnerability scan is Sept 2018 (Cloud Agent scan).

 

Now I see agents not updating the software list.  Eg. We have patched Google Chrome and the vulnerability is now gone, but I still can see two different versions of Google Chrome installed in the device. In the control panel, I can see only the last one Google Chrome.

 

I have noticed an interesting message in the agent logs:

 

Activation Version indicates that binary download should be handled without the new activation id

 

Anyone facing the same issue?
