When I try to install Qualys Cloud Agent on Windows 2012 Server, mouse starts flickering and nothing happens. I am not able to install the Qualys at all.
It's best to contact Qualys Support who can help you troubleshoot.
There is no visual feedback nor is there any actual application that you can launch for the cloud agent. You can validate that the agent was installed a few ways:
1. check running services - there should be "QualysAgent" service:
2. Check "C:\ProgramData\Qualys\QualysAgent" - should have a log.txt file (along with many other files)
3. Check your CA module and search for your host by name or ip.
