Patched vulnerabilities does not dissapear after next scan

We have issue inside of Qualys.


My collegue patched most of the vulnerabilities Qualys found in Linux, but after next scan, the issue is still there. If it was Windows, we know it might be in registers/regedit, but this is Linux, so we are not exactly sure, why the tickets are still there.


So far if anything was patched, next scan deleted the ticket, so it's not the Remediation/setup - Allow the service to mark Open tickets as Closed/Fixed or Allow Scanners and Readers to mark ticket as Closed / Ignored.
