How to troubleshoot the qualys cloud agent scan interval ?

I have more than 200 servers around the world and we have installed Qualys cloud agent in order to control vulnerabilities and so on, what happens is that more then 60 servers are not being scanned every 4 hours as usual (the normal cloud agent interval). Some of them are not scanned since May 7th. 

To troubleshoot it, I normally check if the agent is running well in the task scheduler and everything seems to be fine. What kind of troubleshooting could I do to check why this is happening very often ? Attached you can see the last scans dates.
