Request a Change in the System - Knowledge Base
When you click here, it takes you to a page where there is a bunch of old QIDs.
AKA..it defaults to a default listing of some sort but lets be honest, only one of two things happens from this page. You either download all the QIDs to search offline, or you search for something.
SUGGESTION: When you click on the Knowledge Base, it takes awhile to pull the page up fully, and its default page is not used, we have to use search or download to keep down the functionality path. I suggest when you pull up Knowledge Base, its blank. It does not load QIDs by default, thus improving the speed greatly
