Anyone else seeing large delays in Assetview updating with current VM data?
Note, this is on pod1.
Took over 8 hours for my dashboards to show updated data. Qualys, this performance is unacceptable... I get issues pop up, but at least warn us that you have lag on the backend. Reporting data not being updated leads to myself and my customers questioning the data integrity.
I too have found the platform to be lagging today (EU Platform 1) - is there anything we can do to speed-up Qualys across the board i.e. any best practice...?
Sadly this is a backend infrastructure issue with Qualys. It seems they continue to add more hardware but they still can't keep up with processing on the backend.
