We are working to configure the cloud agents in our environment to communicate out to the Qualys cloud over a proxy. We have configured the connection using the qualysproxy.exe command.
Is there a log or file to look at to investigate why the agent may not be communicating to the cloud?
there's a log file in C:\programdata\qualys\qualysagent. It's a bit noisy, but you can see where it indicates whether a proxy is being used so you can confirm your proxy config has been effective.
