Yes, using your account with the "Manager" role, you can remove an IP from a training lab account. Go to Assets > Host Assets and use the "Actions" button to remove IPs.
Adding to what's been suggested above, you may also want to delete Asset Groups (Assets > Asset Groups) and Auth records (Scans > Authentication).
If you want to start with fresh data, but use the same IP's, it's easier to purge: Purging: What, why, when, how, what happens to the data?
