Help with an RC4 TLS/SSL issue

Hello. I'm new to Qualys and the forums and I have a question. I have attached a screen shot of the issue i'm seeing (it's reported in Kenna but the scan is from Qualys).  I have around 10k assets reporting this error however in looking at a few endpoints, it has the updates that I have found it needs: KB2992611. I also found KB4462949 however I don't know if that's directly related. There are no RC4 cipher registry entries like I see  as these are all windows workstations and not servers.  It also points to port 3389 (RDP). Is this error due to the fact of no registry entries, is it a false positive possibly? registry settingsQualys reported issue
