Set up Continuous Monitoring for CA status

Would someone please describe a way to configure alerts from Cloud Agents that have a Status/Last Checked-in of a certain threshold?  I cannot find a way to do this within CM.



 - data center server with a static IP hasn't checked-in for 7 days.

 - laptop in the field with a DHCP IP hasn't checked-in for 30 days.


This would be a nice option to have within the Cloud Agent Configuration Profile.
