When I try to download the report in PDF or HTML format, it get stock on 15% and 0% accordingly.
CVS format is working but it is not what I am looking for.
Anyone has any idea? I already log out log back in and tried on different reports.
Start by using the Download option on the top-right.
Next, choose your Format and click on Save.
Next, you'll need to wait until the report becomes ready for download.
At times, it seems like it's stuck. But it's actually progressing.
Once the report is ready, you'll see a pop-up asking you to Open/Save the report.
If that doesn't happen, wait a while and check under the Reports tab. It should be available for download.

However my question was about the long wait and how can I check why it is tking that long to complete the report.
The report was finally downloaded after 2 hours.
If you see that happen again, please open a support case with the details. This can be done from Help--Contact Support while logged into the Qualys platform.
Sorry @Shyam Raj, but it is not working. You can wait hours for your report ready to save on HDD, and it's still... 15% done. Nothing more is happen.
Jacek, I've seen it stay at 15%, but when you head to the Reports tab it's ready for download.
If this is recurring on your account, I recommend you open a case with Qualys Support.
