I have dashboards in AssetView tab and I would like to know if it's possible to export them into a google spreadsheet (automatically in preference) please ?
First, there is a Feature Request for the images part.
You can export the definition of the view but not the data part.
Here are my suggestions:
A) you get the Splunk APP for VM and import the data into splunk and build the views
B) you schedule reports and you could download that as CSV and do the same.
We are having some luck doing some very customized stuff in SPLUNK and correlating data with other logs etc..
I have also written a lot of Powershell to ingest data and put into a database. You might also consider Power BI.
I would give the Splunk app a try; if you don't have splunk in your environment you can I believe use it for free within certain data limits but it may suffice for your needs.
Hi, you may export or print the AssetView dashboards.
Exporting will give you the JSON file which can then be re-imported at a later stage. And print option will allow you to save it as a PDF.
Are you trying to export the definition of the dashboard, the picture of the dashboard or the data feeding the dashboard.
It sounds like you want to put in Excel which makes me think you want the underlying data exported.
Can you confirm.
Thank you for the responses.
Yes I would like to put it in google spreadsheet.
Concretly what I want to do is to have my weekly dashboards ( that I am doing manually currently on spreadsheet) to be rather taken from Qualys Asset View to not have to do it manually. So I have two options: either take underlying data in dashboards and make a script that creates weekly those dashboards, or take dashboards from Asset view (1 image per dashboard and put it in spreadsheet)
I was wondering if it's possible to schedule exports as well ?
