How to stop agents from reporting Cred SSP on Win 10 Home Edition?

Qualys agents are report a vuln on my Windows 10 HOME Edition hosts related to the Microsoft Windows CredSSP issue announced March 13th (CVE-2018-0886).  The problem here is that HOME Editions of Windows 10 do not contain the software for remote authentication so Group Policy settings cannot be adjusted.  They don't exist in the HOME Edition, nor can they even be installed (I tried).  They are only available in Windows 10 Professional and Enterprise editions.  How do I get Qualys agents to stop reporting this non-vulnerability?
