I'm not able to scan external IP subnet from qualys external scanner. As prompt an error host not alive.But, when i check through nmap it shown hosts are up....
You will need to whitelisted our range of Scanner IP's. See Help--About on the Qualys UI. Look for SoC IP's.
If nMAP has worked, do you see what port was it detected on and add them to Qualys discovery ports if not already.
Ports are same on the all the IP... and also all the ports are a part of option profile we created..but still shows an error " host not alive " from qualys..
I recommend contacting Support, and they can work with you to diagnose what is happening in your account.
It would be great if you could share the reason for the same if the issue was fixed.
