Does anyone know the range to which the cloud agent needs access to over 443? I've placed it on a number of servers which have restricted internet access and therefore I need to define this on our fw.
POD isn't actually an acronym, it's another term we use to refer to the platform you connect to. We have a number of them around the globe, you can identify which platform you're on from the URL you use to connect.
In all cases, however, you can view the URLs and associated IP ranges by clicking the Help menu and selecting About.

That is going to depend on which POD you are assigned to, do you know which POD you are using?

I would suggest to just give the range 188.8.131.52/20
But you might get away with the item below depending on the POD as stated and your TAM should be able to assist.

Also when you login to Qualys if you go to Help->About it will tell you the Cloud Agent URL at the bottom, see the attachment for an example.
