What makes a certificate have "Certificate Transparancy"

I did some testing around at ssllabs.
And saw this subject Certificate Transparancy.
If there is "Yes (certfificate)" i know how to figure out there is CT.
But if there is "Yes (TLS extension)" or "Yes (stapled OCSP responce)".
I can't find anything in the certificate that points to this answer.
Can anyone in this community give a screenshot what makes a certificate
unique to have this. I Prefer openssl because then i can write my script in python, C, ...
Some additional information would be appriciated.
i have seen: How is certificate checked for "Certificate Transparency"?  already.
