Unable to connect to scanner appliance

i created a Qualys scanner using “ami-7f1f4419” in AWS, with all necessary inputs(PERSCODE & Proxy details).
But the connection is not happening between the Qualys scanner instance and the,

though we have all the necessary ports open


i am getting the below error:

Error:Network error 09: LAN DNS servers can't resolve QG URL Orc=n.a PlatformType=PROD Internal=external CertRegExp=qg2\.apps\.qualys\.com
