I have a remediation rule that is set to mark tickets closed/ignored, then re-open the ticket in, lets say, 120 days.
If my device(s) are scanned daily, on day 121, the ticket re-opens. On day 122, the ticket is closed/ignored again as the remediation rule is still 'active'. At this point I'm guessing that in another 120 days, that cycle will repeat itself.
I made the assumption that when the defined number of days pass, that the rule should expire itself?
Am I missing something here?
