Qualys WAS - API Access Issue

Hi Team,


This is regarding Qualys WAS APIs

We are trying to run Qualys WAS API using below command:


We replaced ID with scan id and provided username and password but we got below output:

<ServiceResponse xmlns:xsi="" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="">
<errorMessage>You are not authorized to access the application through the API.</errorMessage>
<errorResolution>If you think this is an error, please contact your account manager.</errorResolution>


When I checked the permission on Qualys Portal I found that API checkbox is already checked and looks like permission is already granted.



Please share some info to resolve this.
