We had a problem with deployment of a Virtual Scanner in my environment. The personalization code worked but other problems were encountered that led us start over on the deployment.
I removed the non-working scanner from the Scanner Appliances window on the Cloud dashboard. Then deleted the scanner VM from vCenter.
After this was done the scanner VM was reinstalled and we attempted to configure using the same personalization code. We get an error saying that the personalization code has already been used.
What are my next steps? Do I need to obtain a new code even though the old one is not being used?
