Is any one facing the issue with Qualys portal.I am not able to login if i was then it is timing out.
I am unable to login as well.
The Platform status is somewhat misleading it is still showing as Operational for US platform
Same. FYI for any Qualys folks that current status.qualys.com page shows 'Operational' but it most certainly isn't
I am receiving the following message when attempting to signon.
An error has occurred and the QualysGuard Service cannot process your request.
If this condition continues, please contact Qualys Support.

You can subscribe to get notifications for this specific incident, or for all incidents on your platform, via the platform status page. Incident notifications is a new feature since January of this year, and I highly recommend it for those interested in proactive notification.
Just tried again and I was able to get in. A little bit slow but accessible for now (Pod 1 for me)
