Manually Delete Host ID

Is it possible to manually removed a Host ID from scan results?  We have a issue where  CA's were removed accidentally and then reinstalled. Vulnerability data is showing up under both old Host ID as well as new one. We have about 190 assets showing unknown status in asset view and each contain vulnerability data. Each of these 190 unknowns are also showing up as expected with the new CA install.
