SSL server test fails with Unexpected failure

As the title says, the SSLLabs test fails with Unexpected failure. We terminate all of our traffic into F5 LTMs. What is curious is that it seems end points that terminate a single application work perfectly fine. However, our main IP which has multiple URI redirects as well a named hosts fails. I assume the scan doesn't like the URI redirects? Any insight as to how to get good scans on our main end point?
