Understanding Browser Freak Test

I enabled the suggest Microsoft workaround in Microsoft Security Advisory 3046015 and experienced the results that others have reported. I was unable to get to many needed sites, but the ssl labs test reported that the browser (IE 11) was not vulnerable.  I then only enabled TLS_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA since it is the one that is used on an internal site that users need access to.  I ran the ssl labs test and the test reported that the browser is vulnerable.  See attached.  Since this isn't an export cipher I was curios why I was getting the result.  Can someone help me understand this a little better?  Thanks
