I'm getting inconsistent results from the SSL test for the site investor.vanguard.com.
When tested there are eight different servers tested, with separate IP addresses. Once the test is done, every IP address gets a "B" rating in the summary page that lists all eight servers. But if I click on the IP address to see the detailed results for each server, half of them get an "F," saying that they are vulnerable to the TLS 1.2 Poodle bug.
Something seems wrong with the SSLlabs results if they are being reported differently on different pages.
Further, the last time I tested, about 16 hours ago, even in the details page, all eight servers got a "B" and were not vulnerable to the TLS 1.2 Poodle bug.
What's going on? I don't know what to make of these inconsistent results.
