ssltest runs on almost every visit of

The results of the ssltest at are sometimes cached, but not a lot.

When visiting the URL, most of the times the entire test is run again - which takes a long time to complete and is a poor experience for people that click the URL.

They all close the page and leave.


I don't understand why this happens? The host was already scanned, so the SSLlabs site could just serve the cached result page instantly.

There is a special "Clear cache" link, and that should be the only way to trigger a re-run of the test.


Am I missing something?
