AWS Authorization, Source IP for SSL lab and Website Scan

We have an IIS 7 server setup at Amazon EC2 instance. we are planning to perform SSL as well as Qualys fee Website Scan (Vulnerability and malware scan). Based on some KB articles, it seems like we need to get AWS authorization before performing these tests.

My questions are:

  1. Does SSL lab test and website scan test (FreeScan Website Scan | Qualys, Inc.) qualify for AWS authorization ?
  2. If yes, then what are the source IPs for the above tests so that we can inform AWS in the authorization request
  3. Is this a correct link to find the SSL lab source IPs (Qualys SSL Labs - About / Activity Log)

Thanks in advance..!
